Rafah offers an exchange option if the product is delivered in the wrong size or is damaged. We facilitate such exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Exchange Eligibility

This policy applies to customers who have made purchases at Rafah.

To be eligible for an exchange:

                       Exchange Request Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

                       Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and free from stains or damage not caused during shipping.

                       Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

 

Exchange Process for Incorrect Size / Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong size or damaged product, Rafah will exchange it accordingly.

Exchange for Size Change

Customers requesting a size change may do so with an exchange fee of Rs. 700, covering associated costs.
