Shipping policy

All orders are routed through PostEx courier service.

Once you place your order, you will receive a verification via text message or email to confirm the order. If you do not verify through text or email within two days, our team will contact you via call. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method).

Once the order is confirmed, dispatching and delivery will take 5–7 working days, excluding weekends.
